Authorised Persons Digitally Sign:
Digital Signatures are incorporated into the Authorised Persons / Collections section on the system.
Authorised Persons can enter their signature onto the system so that it can be verified when they arrive at the setting to collect a child.
Key Areas of the Authorised Persons / Collections section
Each child on the system can have an unlimited number of people who are authorised to collect them from the setting.
For each authorised person you can add/view their photograph, signature and password.
Children's parents have the ability to upload a photograph of the authorised person or ask the authorised person to sign the form.
See at a glance exactly how each authorised person should be verified when they arrive to collect a child from the setting.
Available on the Apple iPhone, Android Mobile & Amazon Fire apps
The Authorised section is available for use by Administrators on the Apple iPhone, Android Mobile & Amazon Fire apps as well as a web browser on a PC, laptop or tablet.
Authorised persons for all children in the setting can be added from the app including their photographs and signatures, in addition when parents connect on the app they can sign and upload a photograph of the authorised person if required.

Authorised Persons Overview
The Authorised Persons overview page allows you to see at a glance all the children on the system that have authorised persons setup for them, for each authorised person you can see at a glance their first and last name, their relationship to the child, their photograph, if a signature has been added and how the authorised person should be identified when they collect a child from the setting.
Viewing the authorised person's record displays additional details including a full size of the photograph and signature.
