Progress Achievement Search

Shown below is detailed information and a selection of screenshots taken from the Progress Achievement Search section from the English version of the Baby's Days system.

The Progress Achievement Search feature on the Baby's Days system allows you to see all of a specific child's achievements and non-achievements between a selected date range, this includes the Achievement Dates of Early Years Outcomes and Checkpoints, Observations, Wow Moments, completed Next Steps, Photographs and Videos that a child has achieved within the Progress / Learning Journal section on the system.

To use this section, simply select your start and end date, for example 1st January to the 31st January, select any child on the system from a drop down list and select the Areas of Learning you would like to include within the achievement results.

The system will then instantly provide you with an organised list of the selected child's achievements by Area of Learning.

Alternatively you can select the non-achieved option and display which Early Years Outcomes the child has not achieved across selected Areas of Learning

Key Areas of the Progress Achievement Search section

A help tour is available to assist you in using the Progress Achievement Search feature.
The date range is unlimited and can be within days, months or even years.
Results for your search are displayed by Area of Learning from all seven Areas of Learning of the 2021 EYFS.
Results are displayed instantly and results can be filtered even further by entering another keyword.
Results can be printed or saved to disc in a .pdf format.

Achievement Search

These screenshots show you the results of a search carried out for a child on the system, all Areas of Learning for the EYFS were selected to appear within the search results.

Within the search results the system will display all of the child's achievements as completed within their Progress / Learning Journal section of the system and this includes:

Wow Moments
Parent's Observations
Completed Next Steps
Completed Parent's Next Steps
Notes
Starting Points
Photographs

Non-Achievement Search

These screenshots show you the results of non-achievements for a child on the system, all Areas of Learning for the EYFS were selected to appear within the search results.

The system will display every Early Years Outcomes where an achievement date has not been set, you are now able to add an achievement date to an Outcome or a Checkpoint, observation, Wow Moment, next step, photograph or video to any outcome.
