The Data Audit section on the system allows you to answer the following key questions relating to the data you store:

What data do you hold and why?
How do you collect the data?
How and where is the data stored.
What do you do with the data?
Who owns and controls the personal data?
Retention and deletion.
Who is responsible for the data and processors associated with data?
Do you have adequate technology / process to adequately manage data processing?

The above information should be reviewed whenever there is a change made to how you handle personal data.

Key Areas of the Data Audit section

Add an unlimited number of records to your Data Audit.
The date each record within the Data Audi was added to the system is displayed.
The name of the administrator who created the record is displayed.

Data Audit

Each Record within your Data Audit is displayed on the overview page with some basic information including the record title, the name of the administrator who added the record and the time it was created.

Viewing each records provides additional detailed information.
