Each child's session 1 and 2 times are automatically taken from the child's default arrival and departure times setup within the bookkeeping section.
Occupancy levels can be displayed on a per room basis or by viewing all of the children on the system.
The exact number of children in the room or in the setting for each hour of the day is displayed.
Exact staffing requirements are displayed for each hour of the day.
The number of children in the room for each hour will be highlighted red if the room capacity has been exceeded.
Children's hours are colour coded based on their age: Birth to 12 months, 12 months to 60 months and 60 months and over.

Occupancy Levels Overview
The overview page of the Occupancy Levels section on the system allows you to see at a glance the current rooms on the system, on this page you will see the age range, ratio, capacity and number of children assigned to the room, clicking on the view icon allows you to view the occupancy information relative to the room.
Graphical Occupancy Levels
The occupancy levels can be viewed on a per room basis or by viewing all the children on the system, when viewing on a per room basis, the child's arrival and departure times are imported from the child's default arrival and departure times within the bookkeeping section, each of the child's arrival and departure times from both sessions are clearly displayed within the graph.
Switching days of the week is done clicking on the days of the week at the top of the graph, below this you will see the total number of children that will be within the room at each hour throughout the day from 6am to 8pm, should the number of children within the room exceed the capacity of the room the green box will turn red indicating that the room has exceeded its capacity for the hour.
Below this the staffing levels are displayed for each hour of the day, allowing you to ensure you have sufficient staff for each hour of the day.
Each child's bar will be coloured red, blue or green depending on their age: Birth to 12 months, 12 months to 60 months or 60 months and older.
When viewing the occupancy for all the children within the setting, occupancy and staffing levels are not displayed as this is not applicable.
